A Decade Inside eCommerce, Built Into a Recruitment Business

Elite was founded by an eCommerce agency and brand owner after years of working in the UK eCommerce industry. During this time, they kept hitting the same wall: clients were being briefed by recruiters who had no real understanding of what made an exceptional eCommerce Manager versus an average one, what a Solution Architect on Magento actually does day-to-day, or why the right CRM lead can move a brand's contribution margin by single-digit percentage points. So Elite was set up with a single, narrow mission: be the recruitment partner that actually understands the work. Not the job titles. The work. We started by placing trading and digital marketing roles for fast-scaling brands.
